Audiobooks are digital content supplied electronically. At checkout, customers are asked to expressly agree to the immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that, once supply begins with that agreement, the statutory 14-day cancellation right may be lost in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
If a customer has not given the required consent and acknowledgement before digital supply begins, applicable cancellation rights may remain available.
Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights relating to digital content, including rights where the content is faulty, does not match its description, or does not meet applicable legal requirements.
