Audiobooks are digital content supplied electronically. By purchasing and accepting these Terms of Service at checkout, you expressly agree that we may begin supplying the digital content immediately after payment. You acknowledge that, once digital supply begins with your express agreement, you may lose the statutory 14-day right to cancel that would otherwise apply to distance contracts for digital content, in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory consumer rights you have, including rights relating to digital content that is faulty, does not match its description, or does not meet applicable legal requirements.
Unless otherwise stated, purchased audiobook content is for personal use. Customers must not redistribute, resell or publicly upload the audio without permission.
